Winner and guests must be 21 years or older.

With the economy at a stand still, some of the Best Inman Park Restaurants want to give diners a break. So for the second year in a row, they are doing a special bi-annual Restaurant Week that gives diners a break. The (Fall) Restaurant Week

The thirteen restaurants that are included are: The Albert, Fritti, The North Highland Pub, Kevin Rathbun Steak, Krog Bar, Parish, Park’s Edge, Pure Taqueria, Rathbun’s, Sauce, Shaun’s, Sotto Sotto and Wisteria.

Each of the thirteen restaurants will have their own three-course tiered menu, which will be $15, $25, or $35.00.

INMAN PARK RESTAURANT WEEK IS SEPTEMBER 20-26

Event benefits the Atlanta Community Food Bank’s monthly Supper Club

ATLANTA (August 13, 2010) – On the heels of the successful spring restaurant week, the restaurants in Inman Park are coming together once again to host a fall event.  Inman Park Restaurant Week will start Monday, September 20 and run through Sunday, September 26, 2010. This special week-long event will include thirteen of Inman Park’s best restaurants. Each restaurant will have a choice of offering a three-course, prix fixe menu, which will cost $15.00, $25.00 or $35.00. Restaurants include the following: The Albert; Fritti; Kevin Rathbun Steak; Krog Bar; North Highland Pub; Parish; Park’s Edge; Pure Taqueria; Rathbun’s; Sauced; Shaun’s; Sotto Sotto;  and Wisteria.

In support of Hunger Action Month, which happens throughout the month of September, the Fall Inman Park Restaurant Week will benefit the Atlanta Community Food Bank’s (ACFB) Atlanta’s Table project. In lieu of the ACFB’s regular monthly Supper Club fundraiser, from which 20% of the evening’s proceeds benefit the Food Bank, each restaurant will be offering raffle tickets for $1.00 that will go towards the charity.

The raffle prize will be a party for THE WINNER AND THIRTY OF THEIR FRIENDS at Shaun’s Restaurant. Chefs from each restaurant participating in Restaurant Week will prepare hors d’oeuvres and provide beer and wine for the party. Winner and guests must be 21 years or older. The Winner will be drawn on October 1 and announced on the web site www.inmanparkrestaurantweek.com.

Inman Park Restaurants Announce Spring Restaurant Week – 2010

ATLANTA, GA., February 5, 2010: The Spring Inman Park Restaurant Week will take place on March 8th-14th, 2010 and will include twelve of Inman Park’s best restaurants. Each restaurant will have a choice of offering a three-course tiered menu which will be between $15.00-$35.00. Restaurants include The Albert, Fritti, Kevin Rathbun Steak, Parish, Park’s Edge, Pure Taqueria, Rathbun’s, Sauce, Shaun’s, Sotto Sotto, Wisteria and Zaya.

This year, the IP Restaurant Week will benefit the Believe In Me Foundation, which supports the education and welfare of children with autism and is led by Chef Shaun Doty. The participating restaurants will donate $3000.00 to the charity. Additionally, each restaurant will be offering raffle tickets for $1.00 that will go towards the charity. Kevin Rathbun will host a party for THE WINNER AND THIRTY OF THEIR FRIENDS.  All the INMAN PARK CHEF’S will be preparing all food for this party with hors d’oeuvres, beer and wine. The Winner will be announced at the end of the Inman Park Restaurant Week on inmanparkrestaurantweek.com.

Lastly, this year, there will be two restaurant weeks for the Inman Park restaurants. The next one will be in September 2010 with the dates forthcoming.

Unlike other “restaurant week” packages, IPRW is offering tiered prices, depending on the restaurant: Pure Taqueria (which isn’t scheduled to open until October?) Sauced (Ria Pell’s new joint) and The Albert are offering three-course prix fixes for $15; Fritti,  Parish, Park’s Edge, Rathbun’s, Shaun’s, Sotto Sotto, Wisteria and Zaya for $25;  and Kevin Rathbun Steak for $35.  The prices do not include alcohol, tax and gratuity.  No tickets are needed, but reservations are strongly suggested.

“It’s not only a good deal,” said chef-owner Shaun Doty of Shaun’s, “it’s a great way for new customers to introduce themselves to a restaurant.”
